Freezing February

January was so mild I was starting to think there was no point in displaying any more winter stock, we would just leapfrog into Spring. Thankfully February has arrived and brought with it freezing temperatures so the winter woollies are back on and the eiderdowns and thick tartan rugs back out!

This month we’re busy with buying trips, stocking up Station Mill and planning for the Vintage Textile Fair at Chipping Sodbury on Sunday 25th. If you are interested in textiles, or indeed vintage fashion, then get along to the town hall and snap up something out of the ordinary. We will have some wonderful fabrics, a great selection of quilts, the sweetest embroidered pictures, and some fascinating bits and bobs for the crafter.
