Since I was a drama student in Glasgow in the 1970s I’ve collected vintage things.
Pretty fabrics, quilts, painted cupboards, French mirrors, delicate pastel china teasets, flower paintings, old garden bits…whatever caught my eye. Eventually my home got too small to accommodate it all so, in the 1990s, I started selling at Antique Fairs in the South East with my friend Lorna Philpot.

In 2011 I took a space at Station Mill Antiques Centre in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. You can find my stock in unit 62 on the ground floor. More details at www.stationmill.com

Much of our stock is sourced in the USA and France but we are always on the look out for interesting things wherever we are in the world.

Do you ever yearn for something different for your home? Unique things that you can’t find on the High Street. Beautiful things that have been made with care and love rather than churned out on a production line.

We sell old things that have a story to tell. Quilts handsewn by young Frenchwomen in the 19th century, sheets monogrammed by Scottish housewives in the 1940s or watercolours painted in rural England at the beginning of the last century.

Each piece is unique but all can be used in your home today.
